On Friday night we will provide transportation up to Rawhide Adventures, just North of Toronto, for a weekend of team building. Please bring appropriate clothing and shoes for spending a lot of time outside and doing some walking and physical activity.
Be aware that you will be using outhouses, eating around the fire, and sleeping on the ground in tents! There are no fancy digs, here.
Depending on funding, we will provide a number of activities at the ranch such as archery, horseback riding, and facilitated team building. We will be playing games, relaxing around the fire, and if the weather is good we’ll have a van going to a nearby beach. The purpose of this part of the workshop is to become close as a group while talking about hard ideas!
